Gin is a type of distilled spirit made from grain, usually barley or wheat, and flavoured with herbs, spices, fruit and other ingredients. Juniper is the key ingredient that gives it its distinctive flavour, although other herbs and spices may also be used to give each brand of gin its own unique character. Gin can be enjoyed neat or used to make a wide variety of cocktails.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Un gin élaboré à partir de 10 ingrédients biologiques, dont les jeunes pousses de pin des Landes et la camomille, distillés individuellement à basse température sous vide afin de préserver au maximum la fraîcheur et la précision des arômes.
Le nez est élégant et floral, porté par la camomille et des notes de pin légèrement résineuses. En bouche, l’attaque est douce et enveloppante, avec une belle rondeur aromatique entre le notes de pin, les plantes et les épices délicates. La finale est fraîche, légèrement résineuse et persistante, avec une sensation très harmonieuse.
Le conseil de Fabien : À déguster en Gin Tonic avec un tonic peu sucré afin de préserver son côté floral et résineux.
Pourquoi nous l'avons sélectionné ?
Pin des Landes et camomille donnent à ce gin une identité végétale immédiatement reconnaissable. Le registre résineux est présent mais reste tenu par la douceur florale de la camomille, ce qui évite toute dureté. Nous l’avons retenu pour cette évocation très nette d’un territoire, sans folklore inutile. Un gin frais, précis, particulièrement réussi avec un tonic neutre.
