Right in the heart of Marseille, in the La Plaine neighborhood, Guillaume distills spirits using traditional methods and ingredients from the region.
Pastis is a blend of neutral alcohol and Provençal herbs, including anise, with an alcohol content of at least 40%. In France, the designation “Pastis de Marseille” is given to any pastis with an alcohol content of over 45% and a sugar content of less than 100 g/L. All other anise-based aperitifs are then called “anisés.”
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

La Distillerie de la Plaine est un atelier de fabrication d’alcool artisanal, créé par Guillaume Stubler. L’ensemble des produits sont réalisés à la main avec comme volonté de proposer des alcools de qualité.
Fabriqué par macération de plantes provenant de l’ancestrale Herboristerie du Père Blaize dans de l'alcool surfin bio, ce pastis est la pure tradition du pastis marseillais !
Vous retrouverez le bon goût de l’anis étoilé et de la réglisse dans ce pastis ! Le tout subtilement fouetté par le fenouil de Provence.
Le conseil de Fabien : Dans un grand verre tumbler, ajoutez 2cl de pastis, 10cl d'eau et 2 glaçons, dans cet ordre. Vous aurez un véritable pastis marseillais !
Pourquoi nous l'avons sélectionné ?
Nous aimons ce pastis pour sa lecture franche du style marseillais. Anis, réglisse et plantes méditerranéennes sont traités sans sophistication inutile, avec une fraîcheur nette une fois allongé d’eau. Il représente exactement ce que nous recherchons dans une expression classique : beaucoup de précision, aucune lourdeur et suffisamment de personnalité pour rappeler que tradition ne signifie pas standardisation.
