FRAP, which stands for ‘Fabrique Rurale d’Alcool à Partager’ (meaning Rural Distillery to Share), is an artisanal distillery based in Planzolles, in the Monts d’Ardèche. Its spirits are made from organic or wild-harvested ingredients, using copper stills heated with wood sourced from the land surrounding the distillery. The distillery holds the Nature & Progrès certification.
Pastis is a blend of neutral spirit and Provençal herbs, including aniseed, with an alcohol content of at least 40°. In France, the designation ‘Pastis de Marseille’ is given to any pastis with an alcohol content of over 45° and a sugar content of less than 100g/L. All other aniseed-based aperitifs are therefore referred to as ‘anisés’.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Élaboré à partir de plantes macérées et distillées, ce pastis bio associe les grands classiques de la recette (anis vert, anis étoilé, fenouil et réglisse) à des plantes emblématiques de l’Ardèche comme le thym, le romarin, la sarriette, la marjolaine et la verveine. Une pointe de sucre apporte une touche gourmande à l’ensemble.
Le nez est très aromatique, entre anis, réglisse et herbes de garrigue. En bouche, les notes anisées s’accompagnent de thym, de romarin et de verveine, avec une fraîcheur végétale qui équilibre la douceur. La finale est herbacée, anisée et légèrement sucrée.

Un pastis qui sort du profil classique grâce à l’utilisation de plantes typiques de l’Ardèche. L’association entre anis et herbes de garrigue lui donne beaucoup de fraîcheur et de caractère, aussi agréable allongé d’eau qu’en dégustation plus originale.
