Cécile and Christophe embarked on their spirits venture thanks to their love for the Île d’Oléron, and in particularly for the immortelle flower. Worn in the floral crown of Eleanor of Aquitaine at her wedding to Henry Plantagenet, this honey-bearing flower helps protect bees.
Gin is a type of distilled spirit made from grain, usually wheat, and flavoured with herbs, spices, fruits and other ingredients. Juniper is the key ingredient that gives it its distinctive flavour, although other herbs and spices may also be used to give each brand of gin its own unique character. Gin can be enjoyed neat or used to make a wide variety of cocktails.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)

Dans cette nouvelle édition, à l'immortelle se mélangent des notes de verveine citronnée, de fleur d'oranger, d'agrumes et d'abricot.

L’édition Évasion est la plus solaire de la gamme. Immortelle, verveine citronnée, fleur d’oranger, abricot et agrumes donnent un gin plus fruité et lumineux, avec beaucoup de fraîcheur en finale. Nous l’avons retenue parce qu’elle élargit réellement le style de la maison sans perdre sa signature florale. Une bouteille idéale pour un Gin Tonic précis et très aromatique.
