Matt and Tim, two childhood friends, dreamt of adventures and a return to the simple pleasures of good drink and local produce. In 2018, they set off on the road in search of the finest European spirits to promote. They eventually set their sights on France’s artisanal distilleries, which are all too often overlooked.
