The Persyn Distillery, based in Houlle in the Pas-de-Calais, carries on the region’s tradition of spirits production. It specialises in producing genever and now produces a range of spirits that showcase the ingredients and traditions of the Hauts-de-France region.
A liqueur is a spirit produced by macerating or infusing fruit or plants and adding sugar. It has an alcohol content of at least 15 per cent and must have a sugar content of at least 100 g/l (80 g/l for gentian liqueur).
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

La chicorée du Nord se réinvente en liqueur avec Coron, une création qui met à l’honneur les saveurs torréfiées emblématiques des Hauts-de-France. Élaborée à partir d’ingrédients issus de producteurs régionaux, elle associe gourmandise et caractère, entre caramel, pain grillé et cacao.
Le nez évoque la chicorée torréfiée et le caramel. En bouche, les notes de pain grillé apportent une gourmandise chaleureuse, relevée par une pointe de réglisse. La finale s’étire sur des nuances de cacao brut, avec une légère amertume qui équilibre la douceur.
