The history of HSE rum dates back to the 19th century, when a distillery was built on the 400-hectare Maugée estate, near Saint Joseph in Martinique. The establishment of this distillery marked the start of an exciting journey in which HSE has innovated and reinvented itself by breaking the mould.
There are two main categories of rum, distinguished by the raw material used for distillation: pure sugar-cane juice rum and molasses rum, made from the residue of sugar refining.
White rum is a spirit that has not been aged in casks, unlike amber rum (aged for at least 3 years) and aged rum (aged for at least 6 years).
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Cette année, HSE nous fait voyager avec ce rhum ambré, dont la bouteille illustrée par la talentueuse Federica Matta est nommé Le Voyage des Imaginaires.
Vieilli minimum 12 mois en fût de chêne, ses saveurs douces et sucrées, son profil délicat et gracieux soulignent les parfums généreux de raisin sec et de poire, soutenus par une vanille sensuelle et une canne à sucre à pleine maturité.
Pourquoi nous l'avons sélectionné ?
Un rhum agricole tout en rondeur, qui associe la fraîcheur de la canne à des notes gourmandes de poire, de raisin sec et de vanille. Une cuvée très agréable pure, mais aussi particulièrement adaptée au Ti-punch et aux cocktails.
