Dominique Park is a Scottish spirits enthusiast who fell in love with the Cognac region. A visionary with high standards, he joined forces with Jérôme Tessendier in 1993 to create a cognac that reflected his own character: refined, authentic and unique.
Cognac is a French spirit produced from grapes grown in the Cognac region, in the Charente department of France. Cognac is distilled from white wine and is aged in oak casks for at least two years before being bottled.
The Cognac region is divided into six appellation zones, each producing a different style of cognac depending on its terroir and local expertise: Bois Ordinaires, Bons Bois, Fins Bois, Borderies, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Issu d’un assemblage d’eaux-de-vie vieillies au moins 10 ans en très vieux fûts de chêne français, dans le Chai Paradis de la maison Tessendier, le Cognac Park XO Nectar Doré exprime toute la richesse d’un long vieillissement. Un cognac à la fois intense et élégant, marqué par la finesse de ses arômes.
Le nez dévoile des notes de fruits secs et de pain d’épices. En bouche, la douceur laisse progressivement place au tabac blond et à la réglisse, avec une belle complexité et une finale longue et persistante.
