Dominique Park is a Scottish spirits enthusiast who fell in love with the Cognac region. A visionary and a perfectionist, he joined forces with Jérôme Tessendier in 1993 to create a cognac that reflected his own character: refined, authentic and unique.
Cognac is a French spirit produced from grapes grown in the Cognac region, in the Charente department of France. Cognac is distilled from white wine and is aged in oak casks for at least two years before being bottled.
The Cognac region is divided into six appellation zones, each producing a different style of cognac depending on its terroir and local expertise: Bois Ordinaires, Bons Bois, Fins Bois, Borderies, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Vieilli au moins 3 ans en fûts de chêne français, le Cognac Park VS Carte Blanche est élaboré à partir de jeunes eaux-de-vie soigneusement sélectionnées par le maître de chai. Un cognac délicat et accessible, pensé pour conserver toute la fraîcheur et l’expression du fruit.
Le nez s’ouvre sur des notes florales et fruitées, avec une belle fraîcheur. En bouche, les fruits frais apportent de la vivacité, tandis que la finale reste douce et légère.
