Behind the Compagnie Française de Whisky are master tasters, lovers of wood and avid travellers. It offers a small collection of spirits with subtle recipes, distilled using traditional copper stills and then matured with patience and meticulous care.
Whisky is a spirit made from germinated grain (usually barley, wheat, rye or maize) that has been crushed, fermented and distilled. To be classified as whisky in France, the product of this distillation must be aged for at least three years. This ageing takes place in a cask, which may be new or may have previously contained another spirit. The whisky will then take on flavours from that previous ageing process.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Issue d’un distillat de single malt, cette cuvée a été élevée pendant plus de cinq ans dans un fût ayant auparavant accueilli le mythique Vin de Constance, grand vin sud-africain aussi prestigieux que rare, dont les fûts sont presque introuvables. Cet élevage en single cask lui apporte une belle richesse aromatique et une expression particulièrement élégante.
Le nez est riche et expressif, avec une belle profondeur. En bouche, la matière est ample, complexe et harmonieuse, portée par l’influence du fût. La finale est fruitée, ronde et persistante, avec une belle longueur.
