The history of HSE rum dates back to the 19th century, when a distillery was built on the 400-hectare Maugée estate, near Saint Joseph in Martinique. The establishment of this distillery marked the start of an exciting journey in which HSE has innovated and reinvented itself by breaking the mould.
There are two main categories of rum, distinguished by the raw material used for distillation: pure sugar-cane juice rum and molasses rum, made from the residue of sugar refining.
White rum is a spirit that has not been aged in casks, unlike amber rum (aged for at least 12 months) and aged rum (aged for at least three years).
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sundays). Flat rate:
- Home delivery: €8 for the first bottle, then €4 per additional bottle (free delivery on orders of €120 or more)
- Pickup point: €4 per order (free delivery on orders of €90 or more)
- Click and Collect: Free pickup at our Paris store.

Ce jus vieilli au moins 10 ans dans les chais tropicaux de la maison, il offre des saveurs riches et onctueuses, des notes prononcées de cacao, de moka et de tabac blond. Elles sont relevées par de belles touches d'épices : poivre noir et muscade.
